let's talk goals + fill out paperwork

We ​can set up a free 15 minute discovery call to answer any preliminary questions you may have around working together. At any point you are ready to begin working together, I will send over forms to fill out, like a 4-day food journal, health intake or correlating forms, so we can get clear on supporting you & your family's goals.​

schedule consultation

From there, we can schedule time & place (virtual or in-person) for our meeting. The time-slot will be solidified once 50% deposit is received, unless another payment plan is agreed upon ahead of time. The remaining 50% is due at consultation. Read about our policies below for more information.

I will have looked over your paperwork in-depth before hand, but look forward hearing more from you in person. We will chat history and goals, and explore how the path forward looks. Each consult will be tailored to you and where you are at. More about what we focus on at each consultation can be read about on our nutrition and holistic home pages.  The consultation will 45 or 90 minutes, depending on the services.

personalized write up

Within 5 business day, you will receive your customized report outlining the details we discussed in our consultation, so you can begin implementing the recommendations & feel the subsequent changes.

follow up, as desired

Depending on where you are at in your journey, we may stick closer to foundational changes, look deeper into each detail or start anywhere in between. Meaning, this is a process and the suggested changes & information provided will be sustainable for you as priority. We are working together for you & your family to feel the success of increased well-being. Without a doubt changes will be felt from our first meeting, and follow-ups can be scheduled at anytime to build upon this.

payment & policy terms

rates
Prices vary based on the desired services. Please write us for currents rates. We welcome you to share a bit about what service(s) you are interested in and include any details you feel are relevant. 

We offer a free 15 minute discovery call, as well. 
 
payment terms
Scheduling Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled consultation time & working together.

Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of service. Full payment is required to complete the consultation and receive your post-consultation summary.

We are here to support our community. Amended payment terms are provided on a case-by-case basis, please contact us to discuss. 

completing intake forms
Various forms are needed as preparation for the different services. Please fill out the corresponding forms with intention and detail, and return as soon as they are completed.

All forms are requested back at least 72 hours before our scheduled appointment so I can thoroughly prepare for your personalized consultation. If there is a suspected delay in completing them, please be in touch as soon as possible so we can reschedule.​

consultation write-up
After your session, you will receive a comprehensive consult write-up, tailored to your needs, including recommendations, resources, and actionable steps. The write-up will be emailed to you within 5 business days of your consultation.

rescheduling
We understand, life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We’ll be happy to accommodate a new time that works for you.
 
If it is less than 48 hours before our scheduled meeting and you need to reschedule, we will happily find a new time that works for us both, with a $25 fee to compensate for the downstream impacts of last minute changes. 

cancellations
Cancellations all together that are requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment forfeit the 50% deposit as compensation for my time preparing for your personalize consultation. Let's reschedule!

If it is more than 72 hours before our scheduled appointment and you decide to cancel the services, a full refund of your deposit will be honored. 

payment types
Cash, check or Zelle are accepted payment forms.
